1. How much does it cost for shipping?
Our Standard rate per parcel is £4.99 for Mainland UK, however certain postcodes are excluded or may cost more. Please do not compare us to the likes of Amazon or other large businesses that can offer free or discounted shipping. We are a small company and trying to offer the best rates we can.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped once a week for 24-48h delivery.
However, certain areas or postcodes or due lockdown restrictions may take longer or be excluded, it is out of our control and we apologise for the inconvenience.
4. When can I order?
As a Start Up, we currently only do specific dates for producing and shipping of our product. For more information please email us or sign up to our mailing list for updates. We will also keep you informed via email after you ordered.
5. Can I return my products?
We’re very sorry, but our products are made to order and cannot be returned.
6. What happens if my products arrived damaged?
If your products arrived damaged please contact us directly asap on email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please include photos and description.
7. I have changed my mind and would like a replacement or refund, is that possible?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer a replacement or refund for any items you change your mind about after your delivery.
8. Minimum or maximum order?
We have set a minimum of 1 pack and maximum of 10 packs per order for plastic bags and maximum of 6 paper bags, this is due to box packing.
9. I didn't get a confirmation email.
Please check your Spam folder. After an order is successfully placed, you will receive automatically a confirmation email with your order number. You will receive a second email before your order is shipped, this can be a week later. If any issues, please contact us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org.
10. When will I receive my order?
As a Start Up, we currently only bake freshly twice a week and we always plan a week ahead of production to avoid any waste. Our automated confirmation email will state that your order will be produced 'next week'. However, sometimes orders will arrive sooner. Please email us if certain dates are an issue. We will always try our best to get your order done as soon as possible.
11. I need to change my shipping address.
Please email as soon as possible email@example.com. It is usually no issue to change shipping address as long as it is within the same delivery code.
12. Sorry to announce but our Coconut Flat Bread price is changing
We will keep the current price of £3.50 per pack until 5th September when it will go up to £3.95. Anyone who has already subscribed or subscribes by 5th September for their regular Coconut Flat Bread order will continue to receive the discounted price of £3.15 per pack until end of January 2022.
Please note that our subscription software undergoes regular updates and you may receive a notice if anything changes.
Our prices are going up on 5th September, however, subscriptions set up before that date will continue receiving the discounted price of £3.15 until end of Jan 2022.
Certain postcodes cannot be included in our subscription model at the moment. If your shipping address is in certain postcode outside our subscription model, we will contact you and discuss options.

1. Are there any other allergens handled in the factory?
No. Our product is made in a completely 14 allergen-free (14 Allergens as per EU Law), gluten-free and vegan facility. Although no allergens are used, the factory still uses other non-allergen ingredients for other products that are produced there. If you have any specific concerns, please contact us directly on email@example.com .
2. What are the 14 Allergens as per EU law?
Milk, eggs, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), lupin, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. Further details can be found on the Food Standard Agency website.
3. Do you use yeast?
No, we are not using baking yeast in our recipe. The ingredients are: Water, Organic Coconut Flour, Organic Coconut Oil, Psyllium Husks, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and a pinch of Salt. The apple cider vinegar has been filtered to remove the yeast down to negligible levels before we use it. Other parts of the factory do use yeast, so there may be traces.
