1. How much does it cost for shipping?
Our Standard rate per parcel is £4.99 for Mainland UK, however certain postcodes are excluded or may cost more. Please note that we are currently updating our shipping rates.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped once a week for Next Day delivery.
However, certain areas or postcodes or due lockdown restrictions may take longer or be excluded, it is out of our control and we apologise for the inconvenience.

4. When can I order?
As a Start Up, we currently only do specific dates for producing and shipping of our product. For more information please email us or sign up to our mailing list for updates. We will also keep you informed via email after you ordered.

5. Can I return my products?
We’re very sorry, but our products are made to order and cannot be returned.

6. What happens if my products arrived damaged?
If your products arrived damaged please contact us directly asap on and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Please include photos and description.

7. I have changed my mind and would like a replacement or refund, is that possible?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer a replacement or refund for any items you change your mind about after your delivery.

8. Minimum or maximum order?
We have set a minimum of 1 pack and maximum of 10 packs per order.


Please note that our subscription software is going through an update and you may receive a notice of changing on how you are charged.

Certain postcodes cannot be included in our subscription model at the moment. If your shipping address is in certain postcode outside our subscription model, we will contact you and discuss options.


1. Are there any other allergens handled in the factory?
No. Our product is made in a completely 14 allergen-free (14 Allergens as per EU Law), gluten-free and vegan facility. Although no allergens are used, the factory still uses other non-allergen ingredients for other products that are produced there. If you have any specific concerns, please contact us directly on .

2. What are the 14 Allergens as per EU law?
Milk, eggs, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), lupin, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
