How good do our flatbreads look for this scrumptious vegan and allergen free burger?

Recipe:

150g dried lentils

4 cloves of crushed garlic

1-2 tbsp olive oil

2 onions finely copped

½ tsp 7 spice Lebanese seasoning

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp ground coriander

½ tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp Za’atatr

250g chestnut mushrooms chopped

Handful of chopped parsley

10 dried sulphite free dried apricots chopped.

 

Put the lentils in a pan with boiling water and boil for 25mins. Drain and mash in a mixing bowel with a fork.

Sautee onions and garlic in olive oil with the spices and salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and parsley and simmer until cooked. Add to mashed lentils and add the apricots. Season well and mix well.

Make patties with your hands and bake in the oven at 200’C for 20 mins.
