Vegan and low carb sandwich

If you want something vegan, gluten-free, low carb and allergy friendly, then this is the recipe for you. 🥥🤗❤️
vegan mushroom recipe
Recipe for 1 person:
🥥 1x Calvin's Original Coconut Flat Bread
🥥 50g mushroom (any kind will be nice and rich in micronutrients)
🥥 1-2tbl coconut oil
🥥 1tbl nutritional yeast (I love this stuff, packed with B vitamins)
🥥 1/2 tsp nigella seeds
🥥 fresh salad
🥥 salt to taste

 



Wash the mushrooms and salad leaves. Chopped up the mushroom. Gently melt the coconut oil in the frying pan on medium heat (note: coconut oil can burn easily, we don't want that). Mix in the nutritional yeast, nigella seeds and salt. Add the chopped mushrooms and coat them nicely. Add a lid and cook on medium heat for 5-10minutes until mushrooms are fully cooked through. Add salad leaf to sliced open Calvin's Coconut Flat Bread, top with the cooked mushrooms and enjoy. 🤗🥥❤️
